1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making reservations and using the services offered by Walkout Marcin Daniel, Krzysztof Nowocin, and Piotr Walkowiak civil partnership based in Gdynia (81-370), Skwer Kościuszki 15/9, NIP: 5862380368, REGON: 521922302, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

1.2 The person using the Organizer’s services is referred to as the “Player.”

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.walkout.pl and at the Organizer’s premises.

1.4 Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations

2.1 Reservations can be made via the website www.walkout.pl or by phone at 505-453-551, no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled game.

2.2 The Player making a reservation is obliged to provide true and accurate personal data. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse service in case of false data.

2.3 The reservation process includes:
A. selecting a game room
B. selecting a date and time
C. providing contact information (first and last name, email address, phone number)
D. acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

2.4 After making a reservation, the Player will receive confirmation by email.

2.5 Making a reservation constitutes the conclusion of a service contract under applicable law.

2.6 In case of cancellation, the Player must immediately inform the Organizer by phone.

2.7 Failure to cancel and non-attendance will result in the service being considered rendered.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment for the service is made on-site at the Organizer’s premises on the day of the game, in cash or by card.

3.2 Prices listed on www.walkout.pl are gross and include VAT.

3.3 Discounts and promotions do not combine unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.

4. Game Rules

4.1 Participation requires prior reservation and payment.

4.2 Groups may consist of 2 to 6 players.

4.3 The Organizer may refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4.4 Players participate at their own risk. The game is not recommended for individuals with claustrophobia, epilepsy, or undergoing psychiatric treatment.

4.5 Players are fully responsible for any damage caused on the premises.

4.6 Players of any age can take part in the game. Children under 12 years old may use the venue’s services only when accompanied by an adult guardian. Players under 16 years old must have written consent from a legal guardian to participate in the service provided by the Organizer.

4.7 The Player making the reservation must inform other group members about the rules.

4.8 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building.

4.9 Maximum game duration is 60 minutes.

4.10 Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before the game. Late arrival may result in reduced game time without refund.

4.11 Recording audio or video during the game is prohibited.

4.12 The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the game in case of rule violations or safety concerns.

4.13 The facility is monitored via video for safety. Recordings are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

4.14 In case of serious rule violations, the Organizer may end the game and request players to leave without refund.

5. Personal Data

5.1 The Organizer is the administrator of personal data.

5.2 Players’ personal data is processed to manage reservations, provide services, and handle complaints, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.walkout.pl.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect reservations made prior to the changes.

6.2 Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
